The SME Business Digitalisation Grant provides up to 50% or RM5,000 matching grant per company for adoption of digital solutions.

MACROKIOSK is appointed as a certified Technology Solution Provider by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to support Malaysian SMEs in their plans to adopt digital solutions for their business operations under the SME Business Digitalisation Grant.

SME Eligibility
  • The SME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian, registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia and classified as Small Medium Enterprise (SME).
  • The SME has been in operation for at least ONE
    ( 1 ) year.

The SME which has been in operation for ONE ( 1 ) year:

  • The SME is required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM100,000 for the first year.

The SME which has been in
operation for TWO ( 2 ) years or more:

  • The SME is required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM50,000 for the preceding TWO ( 2 ) consecutive years.

Required Documents:

  1. Completed SME Business Digitalisation Grant application form. Get your copy of the form here.
  2. A copy of your Identification Card (IC) or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor (s) of the SME, whichever is applicable.
  3. A copy of the SME’s business registration licenses (CCM or any similar forms under the Malaysia’s Companies Act 2016).
  4. A copy of the latest audited financial statement or latest financial management account statement or the SME’s bank statement for the last TWO ( 2 ) months.
  5. Quotation/Invoice for the selected solutions from MACROKIOSK.
  6. Any other information and documents as and when required by BSN Bank.
 

Submission | Application Process:

  1. The SME must contact, appoint and engage MACROKIOSK’s solutions.
    Submission Through MACROKIOSK:
    • The SME completes and submits the SME Business Digitalisation Grant application form together with the Required Documents to MACROKIOSK.
    • MACROKIOSK will submit the completed form and required documentations to BSN Bank for approval.
    SME Self-Submission:
    • The SME emails the SME Business Digitalisation Grant application form together with the Required Documents to relevant BSN Bank state’s email. Please refer to the complete list here.
  2. Wait for BSN Bank’s approval. Approval turnaround time – 15 working days.
  3. Once the SME’s application is approved, subject to the total invoice amount, the SME is responsible for paying the difference of the total invoice amount after deducting the subsidised amount granted from the initiative for each solution to MACROKIOSK.
  4. BSN Bank will then pay the remaining invoice amount or up to RM5,000 to MACROKIOSK.
